Health Department has no control over Dr Rumbak, because he pays for privileges to be in ‘private practice’. Health Professions Council is aware of his medical negligence history, with file kept in a dark room! Medical Protection Society, (Dr Rumbak’s insurers) instructed Deneys Reitz attorneys, who appointed lawyer Rohan Isaacs to intimidate my chief witness and pay doctors for false medical reports, to protect Dr Rumbak. One doctor prescribed poisonous drugs, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden Death. My lawyer, Peter Soller, purposely spoilt my case, and was struck off the role by two Judges.
